Shipping policy

All standard orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. We offer free standard shipping on all US domestic standard orders of $200 or more. Standard orders under $200, we charge a flat rate of $12. We offer expedited shipping (Express 1-2 days) for a flat rate of $30.

Free store pickup is available during regular business hours at our Bainbridge Island location. 

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days and should arrive within 5-7 business days unless you choose Express shipping at checkout in which your will arrive in 1-2 days after processing. Please note that during busy sales periods and winter months, shipping times may be delayed due to processing and courier transit time.

We cannot ship internationally at this time. 

Wavekelly is not responsible for packages once they have been delivered by the carrier. If your package should fail to make it to you, we will do everything we can to track it down but claims should be made with the carrier. Please let us know when placing an order if you would like us to require a signature for delivery. 

All shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Standard return shipping cost of $12 will be deducted from the refund amount upon return.

For Phone Orders + In-Store Purchases, we offer free standard shipping for purchases over $200. For phone orders and in-store purchases under that total, the standard flat rate of $12 will be charged.
