All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized. We retain the right to refuse any unauthorized returns.
Retail store purchases may be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase. We do NOT offer refunds for retail store purchases.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were purchased: unworn, unwashed, with receipt, dust bags, boxes, and tags ATTACHED.
We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
All purchases of Jewelry, Socks, Hosiery, Sunglasses, Apothecary, Fragrance, Swimwear, Hats, Hair Accessories, Candles, Intimates, Masks and Sale items are FINAL SALE.
Online orders can be returned (in-store or by mail) within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, less $12 return shipping costs. Any Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In store purchases can be returned (in-store or by mail) within 14 days of purchase for store credit. We do NOT offer refunds for retail store purchases.
We would love to assist you in exchanging your order for a different size or style, but we cannot promise to “hold” items until your return is received as our online inventory is pulled from brick + mortar inventory and is subject to availability.
To ensure you get the style you’re after, please process your return as a refund and place a new order for the new item. You will receive a refund or store credit when we receive the original purchase.
